Placed in heating chamber (unplugged fridge with two heating pads) (rough ambient temperature 100 when kettle first entered heat chamber) Lacto added @ 105 degrees, wort was lowered to 4.5, 3:30 p.m. 7/25/16 ph 3.14 (30 hours later) ph 3.04 (before boil)
